15 years ago I was a burnt out 20 something.
The youngest person to hold the Account Director role in my PR & Marketing agency. I was working with some of the biggest brands in business and consumer technology, juggling multi-million dollar contracts, managing international teams, and pretending that I still loved my work, even though I was dying inside.
But there came a time when I knew that I had a choice to make: my job or my health.
So I quit my first career (which took me years to build), I earned a Masters degree. Then a Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology. And I built a business and lifestyle that I love, focused on helping other hard workers avoid, and recover, from the pitfalls of burnout.
I've spent the past 10 years helping individuals to create work lives they love, and organizations to create workplaces that bring out the best in their people.
